He is a financial services industry professional with more than 25 years of experience in private and investment banking, wealth management, telecommunications, real estate, and the payments industry.

Extensive experience in high-level sales and negotiations with a global network of contacts. He has led the development and regional implementation of strategic business plans for companies and institutions such as American Express, Visa, Credicorp Bank, Banco Latino Americano de Comercio Exterior, China Union Pay International, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). He has held senior government positions and his contributions have left an important legacy for future generations. He is also part of a world-class team that has advised countries such as Panama, Colombia, and Costa Rica, among others, on the structural modernization of their public infrastructure. Temistocles has also taught at business schools in several local universities.
